
Our new Fall and Winter Menu features Hot Appetizers like Tikka Ckicken Skewers marinated in an array of Southeast Asian spices and served with peppers, onion and mint yogurt; Mexican Cochas Chorizo Sliders (feta cream and pickled jalapeños); Squash Panisse Bites (candied pumpkin seed and vegan garlic aioli); Parmesan Aubergine Bites (tomato jam and crispy basil); Mini Yorkshire Puddings with roast beef and horseradish cream sauce; Crab Cakes with lemon aioli; and more.
Signature Cold Appetizer highlights include Thai Chicken Mousse on Chicken Crisp finished with Thai basil, edible flowers and pickled cucumber; Sous Vide Beef Striploin with pickled red grape and whipped Comox blue cheese; Blackened BC Albacore Tuna Bites with grapefruit and microgreens; Ancho Cauliflower Scones with Mascarpone and Fig Jam topped with edible flowers and toasted cashews; Miso and Black Vinegar Duck Breast with five spiced orange caramelized fennel, green onion and garlic crisps in a crêpe; Chicken Saltimbocca Lollies with prosciutto wrapped chicken, sage and white wine marinade; and others.
