We’re cozying up and getting comfy for fall and winter with a new menu of hearty — and heartwarming — dishes from our Executive Chef Jenny Hui and her culinary team.

Our new Fall and Winter Menu features Hot Appetizers like Tikka Ckicken Skewers marinated in an array of Southeast Asian spices and served with peppers, onion and mint yogurt; Mexican Cochas Chorizo Sliders (feta cream and pickled jalapeños); Squash Panisse Bites (candied pumpkin seed and vegan garlic aioli); Parmesan Aubergine Bites (tomato jam and crispy basil); Mini Yorkshire Puddings with roast beef and horseradish cream sauce; Crab Cakes with lemon aioli; and more.

 

Signature Cold Appetizer highlights include Thai Chicken Mousse on Chicken Crisp finished with Thai basil, edible flowers and pickled cucumber; Sous Vide Beef Striploin with pickled red grape and whipped Comox blue cheese; Blackened BC Albacore Tuna Bites with grapefruit and microgreens; Ancho Cauliflower Scones with Mascarpone and Fig Jam topped with edible flowers and toasted cashews; Miso and Black Vinegar Duck Breast with five spiced orange caramelized fennel, green onion and garlic crisps in a crêpe; Chicken Saltimbocca Lollies with prosciutto wrapped chicken, sage and white wine marinade; and others.

Fresh and local are in fine form in our new selection of Salads that includes Mixed Greens (sliced radishes, roasted squash and grapefruit with ginger pomegranate dressing); Kale and Roasted Broccoli (goji berries, toasted sesame seeds and miso Caesar dressing); Shredded Brussels Sprouts and 7 Grain Rice with cranberries and pistachios; Grilled Vegetable Tabouleh (pumpkin seeds); and Carrot, Beet, Fennel & Quinoa with sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, feta and vinaigrette.

We’ve got the Main event mastered, thanks to gourmet Entrées like Mustard Crusted Striploin with Port Jus (caramelized cipollini, creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes, popover, roasted Brussels sprouts); Roasted Five Spice Chicken (charred green onion gremolata, served with Napa wedge over yellow rice); Blackened Salmon with Mango Salsa (over braised red cabbage and smoked paprika roasted potatoes); Jackfruit Braised in Coconut Milk (with Malaysian spices, crispy shallots and herbs over turmeric rice and roasted green beans); and the seasonally inspired mini meal Confit Turkey with Maple Sweet Potato Purée served with orange sage sauce, crispy sage and broccoli flowers in a cosmo glass.

Crowd pleasing Platters that marry local ingredients with international inspiration abound, courtesy of selections like the Mezze (Macedonian feta, tabouleh, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, lemons, Muhammara, pita, dates, apricots, figs); Whipped Honey and Herb Ricotta Dip (raw and roasted carrots, radishes, grilled asparagus, beets, zucchini, peppers, served with flatbread); West Coast Seafood (candied salmon, garlic prawns, seared albacore tuna and scallops with house-made sauces) and more.

 

We’ve also got plenty to tempt the sweet tooth of guests thanks to Desserts like Deep Fried Nutella Wontons; Blueberry Lamington (dipped in ube ganache and finished with coconut); Sweet Dried Plum Pudding topped with brandy sauce; Homemade Peppermint Marshmallows; and a show-stopping Mini Pie Platter that includes strawberry rhubarb, apple, cherry, lemon and pumpkin mini pies with donut holes, meringue, ginger snaps, whipped cream, caramel sauce and lemon curd.

Our seasoned team of mixologists can stir the senses with a new lineup of signature Cocktails that include the Sparking White Negroni (gin, Campari, St.-Germain, pear juice, bubbles, rosemary spear); Hygge Whiskey (rye whiskey, lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, ancho chile liqueur, Angostura bitters, dehydrated blood orange garnish); and the Baked Apple Margarita reposado, agave, lime juice, baked apple syrup, cinnamon stick). We’re also happy to concoct custom cocktails and zero-proof beverages to order for any event!
