There’s no need to wait until New Year’s Eve to break out your mixology skills. With the holidays approaching, this is the perfect time to experiment with new cocktail recipes for the Fall and Winter. Whether you’re entertaining guests or wanting a change from your glass of wine at the end of the day, we’re sharing our special house recipes to help you shake things up. Featuring an assortment of spirits, there’s something here for everyone to sip on!

Cocoa Hopper

1 oz Peppermint Pastille
1 oz Small Batch Chocolate Vodka
2 oz Avalon Cereal Cream

Rim tall champagne flute with Hot Chocolate Powder, in a shaker combine ice and all ingredients, shake for 20 seconds, strain into glass and top with Mint Sprig

The Rumba

1 oz Bumbu Rum
1 ½ oz Rumchata
2 oz Cold Brew

Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake, strain in cocktail glass and top with Chocolate Shavings, Dehydrated Banana and Cinnamon Stick

Black Forest Sour

2 oz Sour Cherry Gin
1 oz Orgeat
1 oz Amareena Cherry Syrup
½ Lemon, juiced
1 Egg White

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe cocktail glass and garnish with two Amareena Cherries

Yule Mule

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Crème de Cassis
3 oz Mint Infused Ginger beer

In a mixing glass, combine all and stir, pour into mule or cocktail glass, garnish with Fresh Cranberries and Mint

The Suburban

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Honey, Pear and Sage Simple Syrup
2 – 3 dashes of Moondog Bitters

In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients and stir with ice for 30 seconds, strain into old fashioned glass with king cube and garnish with Pear and Sage
