Every year we look forward to our Fall/Menu launch party where we gather our clients and friends to catch up and be introduced to our latest menu offerings. This menu has something for everyone this holiday season. For the seafood lovers, we have Grilled Garlic Prawns, Lobster Salad and Sablefish Baccala. For meat lovers, our lavish Soft Cheese and Charcuterie Platter, Confit Duck and Harissa Lamb Meatball appetizers, Striploin Steak, Achiote Chicken and Espresso Blueberry Marinated Brisket. For vegetarians, we suggest Baked Brie Bites, Compressed Beets and Watermelon, Sake Roasted Tomato or one of our hearty seasonal salads. And as usual, we have a selection of scrumptious house-made desserts for every sweet tooth.

Our guests were able to sample many of these dishes, and also participate in our Bartender Bootcamp, learning to make their own 1979 signature cocktail. Here’s the recipe for you to try at home!
