It’s a new year, and we’ve got some big NEWS to share! We have entered into a partnership with BC Event Management to become the exclusive caterer for one of our favourite event venues — The Rocky Mountain Vancouver Station.

Centrally located at 1755 Cottrell Street at Terminal Avenue, the 12,000-sq.-ft. turn-of-the-century-meets-contemporary landmark boasts a number of unique features including 34-foot-high vaulted ceilings, full-length glass walls and exposed brick-and-beam accents.

“The Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station is one of the most incredible and in-demand venues in Metro Vancouver, and we couldn’t be more honoured to have BC Event Management select us as its exclusive caterer,” says our General Manager Kevin Mazzone.

As the exclusive caterer, we will oversee the full suite of event aspects with BC Event Management and audio-visual services provider Showmax, including rentals, decor and entertainment for a wide range of events including product launches, fundraisers, weddings and galas.

“The Lazy Gourmet is Western Canada’s premier catering company and its reputation is well earned for delivering amazing, well-organized events with the utmost professionalism,” says BC Event Management’s Shane Droucker. “Our guests are always impressed with their service and food and beverage menus and we’re already planning a number of events for 2024 with their team.”

Since 2005, we have provided catering services at the venue for high-profile corporate clients like the BC Cancer Foundation, Flight Centre and Samsung, so our recipe for success at Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station is dialed in.
