We had the honour of catering a special event at the Audain Art Museum, a beautiful West Coast inspired venue in Whistler. The Audain Foundation asked us to provide a custom menu for one of their top donors’ Scottish-themed 60th birthday party. Dinner included a grilled leek and asparagus salad, steak tenderloin with peppercorn sauce, and a selection of desserts, all topped off with scotch and chocolate at the end of the evening.
