The Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station is proud to celebrate over 15 years of providing event services at this centrally located historical venue. Daylight beams through the full-length glass walls, flooding the exposed timber and brick interior with airy warmth as guests marvel at the 34-foot-high vaulted ceilings in this classic building that was remodeled for use as the Rocky Mountaineer train station. It is where turn-of-the-century charm meets contemporary design and is now a versatile private event venue boasting over 12,000 square feet and provides unparalleled flexibility. The South Hall has been converted into Vancouver’s largest state-of-the-art virtual event studio and can host virtual meetings, webcasts, and live-streaming events. The North Hall with its 34’ high ceilings, pristine concrete floors and theatrical lighting is a blank canvas where you can bring your designs and visions to life, it’s a planner’s dream space. Our collaboration with Showmax ensures that your event benefits from the latest in AV technology, impeccable lighting, and expert rigging. Their proficiency in the field allows us to offer a range of services with rates starting at $5,000 for simple events. For mid-level corporate events, the average cost falls between $20,000 and $40,000, providing you with exceptional value for the quality of services provided.

Details & Policies

We understand the importance of every detail when it comes to venue rentals. Our dedicated team offers a turnkey approach and is committed to designing an unforgettable experience that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.

Decor Policies

Rental items including, tables, chairs and linens are not included in your venue rental. However, our exclusive caterer can assist you in ordering these necessary items to complement your event vision as well as all required food service items and glassware.

Availability

During Train Season (Late April – Early October) the venue is available for booking Wednesdays and Saturdays. Otherwise the venue is available on a first come first serve basis.

Security

To ensure the safety of your event, dedicated security personnel will be required monitor the train tracks throughout your occasion. The venue team will take care of these arrangements on your behalf to ensure the comfort of your guests.

Washroom Attendants

Professional attendants are a requirement to maintain clean and comfortable restroom facilities for your guests. Your caterer will ensure to book these professionals for your event.

Parking

We offer ample on-site parking for your guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
