Virtual Events

While we may not be able to gather like we used to, we can still meet, and have fun interactive events that are engaging and connect us. What better way than to break bread together?!

Our new virtual event services allow you to entertain at home or host a corporate function safely. From ordering our boxed meals so you can enjoy the same food and drinks, to our online cooking classes that are perfect for team building or a family activity, we have something for everyone.  Don’t see what you were wanting? Just ask us! We are constantly developing new classes to keep your friends, families, clients and colleagues meeting in the new normal!

CLASSROOM EVENTS

Our online cooking and cocktail making classes have been very popular with companies wanting to engage their clients or employees, and with families looking for creative virtual activities. The Lazy Gourmet puts together all the raw ingredients for a cocktail, appetizer, main and dessert and delivers them around the Lower Mainland with instructions to join a Zoom meeting. Virtually, you can make a presentation to the guests “seeing” them and then our chef takes the group through putting the meal together. You can then have some “mingling” time after the event before people sign off. Try this for your next group team building activity!

ONLINE PARTIES & CLIENT EVENTS

In lieu of large gatherings, we’re helping guests gather together – apart. This idea is based on a concept we have been executing for many galas across Vancouver and BC. As experts in corporate hosting, we can work with you to curate custom menus or boxes of savoury and sweet treats as well as some branded collateral that we deliver to your guests around the Lower Mainland. This would be a wonderful treat for your guests (and their spouse/partner) and make them feel even more like they are celebrating together.

HYBRID EVENTS

For more team building ideas, this option has been great for people who have been working together (AKA comfortable being together in the same building/ social distancing) but also want to include guests outside of your bubble.
You could host a small event for 42 guests (plus our staff = 50) then send out boxed meals to the remaining guests. This gives context to your event, people feel connected that you are all “celebrating together” but apart.
